Ah, I remember that point in summer, when my priority list of “now-that-school’s-out-I-can-do-this-this-and-that” has all been exhausted and checked off, boredom slips in like a slow moving snail. Luckily, mom pulled out the secondary list of “I-can’t-drive-you-to-the-beach-every-day-so-here’s-what’s-available-for-you-to-do”, like riding bikes, playing in the sprinklers, reading a book, and chalk drawing on the sidewalk. Looks like my mom wasn’t the only parent to suggest the latter, illustrated by these fantastic chalk drawing masterpieces, proving that sidewalk art’s not just for kids.

Oh, yeah, did I mention these are all drawn on flat surfaces?
