The moment those dusty plastic bins are pulled down from high in our garage storage shelves, I know it’s the holidays! What I also love, is the surprise-again feeling of rummaging through all our decorations. “Oh! I forgot we have this!” It’s just soooo fun!
One such decoration I seemed to be missing, however, was a Christmasy-type wreath to place on our front door. There are a million ways to go with these door decor thingies, so after a quick run-through of supplies I already had, I hopped onto my Pinterest boards for ideas. The verdict? A really sweet ‘n simple Scandinavian-style design that led to today’s how-to project: a lighted clay house wreath for the holidays.
Easily customizable, you can craft this cute hanging wreath in just a few hours, then place it inside or out, on walls, over mantels and even on bedroom doors. Make one for yourself and/or one for a super-special hostess or holiday gift – a homey homemade gesture from the heart.
