Chic + mod + current = today’s “Blogs We Dig” blog, Coco+Kelley. Based in Seattle, Washington, editor Cassandra LaValle began her design journey at the age of 13 when she made her first color choice and painted her bedroom walls a delicate lilac. Clearly, she has stayed the course and is smack dab in the middle of her passion with a unique eye for style, mod and dynamic color inspiration and ideas, and tons of decor deliciousness.
Three things we DIG:
1. Rooms from the runway…
bridges the world of fashion with that of design and decor, illustrating quite simply how we can find inspiration from a vast array of resources.
2. Room of the week…
showcases one space that exudes stylish charisma and character. What’s more fun is that readers will come away feeling motivated to create that kind of “specialness” for themselves and believe they can achieve it!
3. It’s in the details…
like displaying a beautifully detailed mirror, exposed brick, or a hidden gem under the stairs for visitors to discover on their own. This section of the blog is the “Where’s Waldo?” of design…totally fun and strangely addictive!
Bonus DIG: We especially dig the Coco+Kelley philosophy: Life is in the details. Style accordingly. Here’s the photo to prove it…
