In just a few days corks will be a fly’n and the bubbly will be overflowing flutes all over the world. By the looks of the house pictured above, made almost completely from champagne bottles, the Ukrainian retiree/DIY enthusiast wasn’t going to wait for any ball to drop to complete this fantastic build. The green benefits of re- or upcycling can be seen aesthetically as well as can be felt economically; with reduced electricity for heating and lighting, and as well as the reduced cost in building materials, there’s certainly a reason to toast to this bottle beauty!
